  • Solar power plant management – Managing the entire operation of the factory, ensuring technical safety, and maintaining the highest performance (ensuring Performance Rate, Availability)

  • Based on technical advice, fix level faults one during warranty equipment.
  • Maintaining equipment on a yearly basis in accordance with plans (solar panel, inverter, transformer, control room, etc.)

  • I-V curve analysis: Applying I-V curve analysis to the complete panel string in real-time. The scanning method help to determine whether a string has a lousy performance or has an error.
  • Corrosion testing and prevention and subsidence: Corrosive salt or subsidence can quickly arise in the rigged system after a few years of operation. Therefore, detection and maintenance are critical.
  • Automatic machinery: Use automated equipment to perform maintenance.
  • Major maintenance items: Replacement of modules, cables, and framework (large-scale repairs as required from the investor)
