Basic O&M service

Solar power plant management – Managing the entire operation of the factory, ensuring technical safety, and maintaining the highest performance (ensuring Performance Rate, Availability)
Managing substation and O&M activities (110KV substation, 220kV)
Based on technical advice, fix level faults one during warranty equipment.
Maintaining equipment on a yearly basis in accordance with plans (solar panel, inverter, transformer, control room, etc.)
Warehouse management of replacement materials, backup
Hazardous waste management according to regulations
Factory status reports include the date, month, year, maintenance reports, incident reports, etc.

I-V curve analysis: Applying I-V curve analysis to the complete panel string in real-time. The scanning method help to determine whether a string has a lousy performance or has an error.
Corrosion testing and prevention and subsidence: Corrosive salt or subsidence can quickly arise in the rigged system after a few years of operation. Therefore, detection and maintenance are critical.
Automatic machinery: Use automated equipment to perform maintenance.
Major maintenance items: Replacement of modules, cables, and framework (large-scale repairs as required from the investor)
