A rooftop solar power system with a capacity of 809.75 kWp has been installed at Song Hong Aluminum Group SHALUMI JSC. The project officially began commercial operation in 2026. Song Hong Aluminum Group SHALUMI JSC is a pioneering Vietnamese manufacturer of extruded aluminum profiles for the construction, industrial, and interior/exterior decoration sectors, with products certified to ISO 9001:2015 and exported to demanding markets such as the United States, Japan, Canada, South Korea, and Europe. With a strong commitment to sustainable development, the company is actively deploying renewable energy solutions at its facility located at Hong Ha Street, Ben Got Ward, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province. The system uses 1,010 high-efficiency JA Solar JAM72D40-595/MB 595 Wp solar panels and 360 highefficiency AE Solar AE580CMD-144 580 Wp solar panels, together with 5 Sungrow SG125CX-P2 125 kW inverters. With an optimized design, the system is expected to generate approximately 1,020,000 – 1,050,000 kWh of clean electricity per year, reducing emissions by more than 682 tons of CO2 per year and helping cut greenhouse gas emissions at the facility.

By installing a self-generation, self-consumption (behind-the-meter) solar power system, Song Hong Aluminum Group SHALUMI JSC is able to:
