On September 7, 2025, in the province of Gia Lai, the “Green Journey, Digital Knowledge” project was officially inaugurated at two schools: Vinh Son Ethnic Minority Semi-Boarding Secondary School and Vinh Thanh Primary School. This achievement is the culmination of a dedicated journey, overcoming numerous challenges to provide students with a modern and sustainable learning environment.

Vinh Son – 2:00 PM: A Joyful Beginning

At precisely 2:00 PM, the inauguration ceremony at Vinh Son Ethnic Minority Semi-Boarding Secondary School took place in a solemn and warm atmosphere. The event was attended by representatives from the local government, the school’s Board of Management, and a large number of teachers and students. Representing the project’s implementing organizations were:

The journey to this inauguration was far from easy. During the construction days in Vinh Son, the team of engineers and workers had to race against the harsh weather of the rainy season. Afternoon rains that lasted late into the night disrupted the transportation of materials and construction work. However, driven by the determination to bring the best to the students, every team member worked tirelessly, making the most of every dry moment to complete the project.

These efforts yielded well-deserved results. In Vinh Son, the Green Journey, Digital Knowledge project has provided the students with:

A standard-compliant restroom and shower facility for female students.
An eco-friendly solar power system to ensure a stable electricity supply for the school.
A computer lab equipped with 25 modern Chromebooks.

These gifts are not merely physical structures but also represent a commitment from Vu Phong Energy Group and its partners to open the door to digital knowledge, helping students in this mountainous region confidently step into the technological era.

Vinh Thanh – 4:00 PM: Continuing the Care, Fueling the New School Year

At 4:00 PM on the same day, the joy was multiplied at Vinh Thanh Primary School. Representatives from CC47, Vu Phong Energy Group, and co-sponsoring units gathered to present meaningful gifts. They were warmly welcomed by Principal Tran Van Trung, along with the school’s entire faculty and student body.

A new, clean restroom facility.
An eco-friendly solar power system.
A computer lab with 35 Chromebooks and the Google Workspace for Education ecosystem.
