Recognizing the importance of this trend, the Young Businesspeople Association of Ho Chi Minh City – Gia Dinh Chapter organized the NextGen ISCO Forum 2025. The forum featured representatives from industrial park developers, leading suppliers, and consultants who outlined key strategies. These strategies are crucial for preparing to welcome the wave of high-quality FDI and enhancing national competitiveness.

Departing from outdated principles of past business strategies, the NextGen ISCO Forum 2025 was established with a mission to be a pioneering platform. It focuses on developing the ecosystem of the industrial park (IP) supply chain in Vietnam, connecting the most critical stakeholders: industrial real estate developers, manufacturing enterprises, and service providers.

Modern industrial parks must go beyond simply expanding in scale; they need to integrate Industry 4.0 technologies, automate production, and comply with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards to lead the race in attracting global FDI. Amidst the world’s continuous transformation towards the Industry 4.0 era, shaping a new-generation ecosystem is a vital step for businesses to advance and contribute to the nation’s development in this new phase.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Tan, Vice Chairman of YBA HCMC, Head of YBA Gia Dinh, and Head of the Steering Committee for NextGen ISCO Forum 2025, stated: “At the NextGen ISCO Forum 2025, we aim to create a space where leaders, experts, and businesses can discuss and share strategic visions for developing modern, green, and sustainable new-generation industrial parks. The ultimate goal is to foster effective B2B connections, open up extensive cooperation opportunities, and turn challenges into growth drivers for the entire industrial supply chain in Vietnam.”

At the event, Ms. Vo Hiep Van An, Deputy General Director of Deloitte Vietnam, emphasized that for Vietnamese businesses participating in the global supply chain, this is a “golden” opportunity to drive the need for effective reconstruction.

According to Ms. An, the global supply chain is undergoing structural and irreversible changes, driven by digital technology, artificial intelligence, and automation. “This demands sustainable and flexible adaptation,” noted the Deputy General Director of Deloitte Vietnam.

To effectively contribute to building the new generation industrial supply chain ecosystem, businesses need supportive government policies, including tax incentives for technology investment, capital support for R&D projects, and connections between large and small enterprises to jointly enhance productivity. When corporate internal strengths are combined with external policy support, Vietnam’s industrial and trade sectors will have the capacity to break through, not only increasing output but also enhancing quality, value, and position in the international market.

The NextGen ISCO Forum 2025 successfully spread the message that an industrial park is not just a place for production but an integrated, smart, and sustainable ecosystem that serves as a launchpad for the remarkable development of businesses and the economy.

The event marks the beginning of a series of activities for the NextGen Isco Forum 2025-2026, aiming to gather and connect industrial park developers and operators, manufacturing enterprises within these parks, and service providers along the supply chain. This will open up new opportunities and development spaces for all stakeholders.

With its grand scale and practical value, the NextGen ISCO Forum 2025 has become a focal point for the business community. The event not only marks a significant milestone in promoting the development of the industrial supply chain in Ho Chi Minh City and Vietnam as a whole but also provides an opportunity for businesses to orient their future, offering numerous networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities for the business community.
