Mr. Pham Nam Phong elaborated on Vu Phong Energy Group’s five core organizational values: People, Quality, Innovation, Integrity, and Development Together. Mr. Phong also highlighted the company’s internal programs, which successfully covered topics such as “Team cohesion” and “Life values.” These initiatives have been instrumental in fostering unity among employees, thereby contributing to the formation of a Vu Phong collective grounded in solidarity and shared purpose. Furthermore, these five human values of Vu Phong serve as crucial bases for recruitment, ensuring the selection of individuals who are not only professionally competent but also deeply aligned with the company’s renewable energy business culture, thus supporting corporate culture development in Vietnamese enterprises and establishing clear Vu Phong values for recruitment.
Additionally, Mr. Phong and the other speakers shared their experiences in cultivating a team of employees who are well-aligned with their respective company cultures.
