September 2024 was a significant period for Vu Phong Energy Group, showcasing our efforts in advancing the green transition and digitalization, aligning with renewable energy market objectives. Our leading role was reinforced at key national events, most notably at the GRECO 2024 exhibition. Held in Ho Chi Minh City from September 21st to 25th, 2024, the event provided a platform for demonstrating innovative products and solutions geared towards green growth. Within the Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park (SHTP) exhibition area, Vu Phong Energy Group attracted considerable attention with cutting-edge solutions, including the VPT-RB1200-S1 solar panel cleaning robot and the “Robot As A Service” – robot arm rental solution. These technologies empower businesses to optimize solar system maintenance, realize cost savings, and improve production efficiency, reflecting current trends in digitalization and automation within the energy sector.
Beyond the exhibition, Vu Phong actively collaborated with the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) on a training program focused on the operation and maintenance of rooftop solar systems. This valuable program provided practical knowledge, fostered experience sharing, and helped businesses operate efficiently while contributing to the renewable energy sector and environmental protection. We also shared insights on safety protocols and operational optimization, enabling businesses to successfully implement clean energy solutions.
As Vietnam continues to refine its legal framework for renewable energy, Vu Phong Energy contributed to the development of the Draft Electricity Law (Amended). Mr. Pham Dang An, Deputy General Director of Vu Phong Energy and Director of VP Carbon, underscored the importance of solutions facilitating the connection of renewable energy sources to the national grid, and the opportunities presented by International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-RECs) to assist businesses in meeting international environmental standards. The progress reflects a broader effort to modernize and embrace the green transition and digitalization in energy.
