Major Industrial Solar Projects Nearing Completion
In November, significant progress was made on a series of major rooftop solar installations. Among these are a chain of systems for Hwaseung Enterprise Vietnam, a 2,232 kWp project at the Kem Nghia factory in Cu Chi, Ho Chi Minh City, and a 1,250 kWp system for a packaging enterprise in Binh Duong. Vu Phong Energy Group is currently finalizing the last 12,500 kWp chain system at Hwaseung Enterprise’s factory. These projects, developed and funded by Shire Oak International Group, utilize Vu Phong Energy Group’s comprehensive general contractor (EPC) services, demonstrating a successful partnership in advancing corporate adoption of renewable energy.
Empowering Communities with Solar Energy for Preschools
A key highlight of the month was Vu Phong Energy Group’s participation in a handover conference for the “Solar energy solution for preschools” initiative. In partnership with World Vision Vietnam, the company signed a commitment to operate and maintain solar energy systems for preschools in the Lac Luong, Lac Sy, Lac Hung, and Huu Loi communes. This project, approved by the Hoa Binh People’s Committee, aims to improve the learning environment and health care for children through climate change adaptation. At the conference, Vu Phong representatives reported on the successful construction of the preschool solar systems and provided training for teachers on green energy and environmental protection, solidifying the company’s commitment to meaningful community projects.
