Vu Phong now applies a variety of modern technologies to optimize O&M processes. Notably, Vu Phong self-researches, designs, produces, and employs solar panel cleaning robots to deliver exceptional cleaning efficiency while minimizing power and water consumption during operation. Thermal imaging via drone (Flycam) is utilized for detecting panel faults and for general inspection of industrial sites, ensuring high effectiveness while optimizing human resources. Furthermore, Vu Phong Tech engineers have compiled a statistical table of hundreds of frequent errors occurring in solar power plants and developed mitigation plans to optimize the factory’s operational efficiency. In 2020, Vu Phong Tech – a subsidiary of Vu Phong Energy Group – provided O&M services that helped a 250 MWp solar power plant in Ninh Thuan achieve a 99.99 percent availability rate, significantly exceeding the committed target of 97%.
