The project was carried out under the system solar off grid contract, which means that Vu Phong Energy Group installed and operated the system independently from the national grid, using batteries and generators as backup sources.

The project used solar panels, off-grid inverters, batteries, generators, and solar street lights. The solar panels were installed on the ground, covering an area of about 100 m2. The off-grid inverters were connected to the batteries and generators, allowing the project to store and use electricity as needed.
