In March 2023, Vu Phong Energy Group continued implementing projects and started a solar power system project at Dalat Hasfarm’s farm (Da Lat, Lam Dong). During the month, Robot VPT-RB1200-S1, 100% “Make in Vietnam” product of Vu Phong Energy Group, was also displayed at the “green economy” exhibition within the framework of the High-Quality Vietnamese Products 2023 announcement program and received the attention of many attendees.

Solar Power System Project at Dalat Hasfarm

A solar power system at Dalat Hasfarm is a PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) model project invested in by ecoligo Fund (Germany); Vu Phong Energy Group developed and provided EPC Contracting services; Dalat Hasfarm buys & uses electricity from the system. Phase 1, a rooftop solar power system will be developed on a Dalat Hasfarm’s farm in Dalat City. After the groundbreaking ceremony of the project (March 15, 2023). After the project kick-off ceremony, Vu Phong Energy Group will rapidly deploy to operate and transfer the system, allowing Dalat Hasfarm to begin using green energy for its fresh flower production activities.

Another meaningful activity of Vu Phong Energy Group in March 2023 participated in the “green economy” exhibition, an activity in the High-Quality Vietnamese Products 2023 announcement program, with VPT-RB1200-S1 Robot for cleaning solar panels. This product is 100% “Make in Vietnam,” researched and developed by Vu Phong Tech engineers – Vu Phong Energy Group, assists with the operation and maintenance (O&M) of rooftop solar systems. The VPT-RB1200-S1 Robot can be described as a pioneering high-tech product in the field of renewable energy in Vietnam, demonstrating domestication efforts of renewable energy supplies with the deep involvement of Vietnamese manufacturers in the supply chain, which foreign brands almost entirely dominate. Therefore, the VPT-RB1200-S1 Robot from Vu Phong Energy Group has attracted the attention of many show visitors.

Meeting with Representatives of Businesses in the Energy Sector from Australia

Last days of March 2023, Vu Phong Energy Group and Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 (EVNPECC3) – an associate company of Vu Phong Energy Group – welcomed a delegation including representatives of businesses in the energy sector from Australia, Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) Vietnam, and Government of Western Australia at PECC3 Head office. Throughout the meeting, we had the opportunity to discuss potential cooperation opportunities and share experiences and insights about the market and technology in the energy sector.

Participation in the Meeting on Policy Mechanisms for Solar Power

Another special activity, Mr. Phong, Pham Nam, Chairman of the Vu Phong Energy Group’s BODs attended a Meeting on March 30 to discuss and comment on the draft Resolution replacing Resolution 54/2017/QH14 on piloting some mechanisms and policies for the unique development of Ho Chi Minh City was held the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation. At the Meeting. Mr. Phong, Pham Nam gave feedback on certain aspects related to carbon credits and policy mechanisms to boost the use of rooftop solar power for the goal of reducing emissions and pioneer carbon neutrality.
